EHS will be hosting one more informational meeting to discuss upcoming changes to research laboratory safety reviews in 2026. Please bring any questions or comments that you would like to discuss with EHS representatives. These meetings are intended for professors, lab managers, and staff in research labs who meet with EHS personnel during their lab’s annual biological/chemical safety review. The same topics will be covered at the January meeting as was covered in the December meeting.

We will review all coming changes and answer any questions. This year’s meeting is expected to be 60 minutes or less. You may preview the Audit Changes for 2026 presentation, under Documents, via the Annual Lab Review Process page on the EHS website. To access the document, in your browser, login to Microsoft Office365 with your University HawkID and password. This document will continue to be available all year for review.
